Since I missed a page or two last week because I was out of town, I'll post this one for ya today. And yes, that is Cajun Juno is speaking at the end there. A bit of backstory - Juno had to learn Cajun as code for her mafia runs. You get into a lot more of this part of the story in Book 4 which is a flashback book going in and out of the current events that remind her of things that happened after the attack. It's actually the odder book out of the series but really gets you set up for the rest of everything.

I'm still trying to deal with everything. My mom mentioned that she knew all this would hit after the fact and that's usually true. I go into the seven stages of grieving a lot in my rants as a way to try and analyze why I feel the way I do about certain things. I'm overly analytical. It's a serious character flaw.
I wish I had something fun and exciting to talk about but unfortunately I don't. I'm looking for new avenues with Star Cross'd Destiny and I have two months of anxiety to deal with. I've talked with my close friends who support the project and a lot of them are saying this is unnecessary. But I hate sitting here at this damn place of work dealing with something else and suddenly that urge comes over to finish this or that on the comic. I miss the good ole' days, you know - the ones I screwed up. Anyway, before this gets too dramatic and 'starving artist drama'-ish I'll stop and go back to my day job. See you tomorrow. <3 - teh Juno

Saw the Distillers in concert tonight. Great concert. Wish I could have heard Brodie's voice better. *sigh* That's one thing I miss about the good ole' days when you could actually stand right up next to the band and still hear them. The club was really small too but it was a nice outing altogether. Nice to get outta the house for once. ^_^
Oh yeah, this is late but THANKS FOR 3000 HITS (Damn, by the time I post next it will be 4000 O_o)! w00t! It's amazing how this has all turned out so far. Thanks so much for all of your awesome support. Thanks to all those who've voted for SCD and kept us in the top of that list and soared us to the member picks of OnlineComics! Thanks so much for the sweet guestbook entries and all the activity in the forum. This keeps up and SCD will be around till the very end of this insanely long saga. Did I mention I love you guys? :D
