Man, I was a whiny bitch about that root canal back in 2004. Course it was my first one and the dentist was a total ass. I'll cut myself some slack. The cars apparently were coming into the comic about this time too. Ironically as I think about that right now as I work on Book 2 I'm throwing cars around. And here I thought leaving them on the ground was hard back then. To know what I do now then... heh, I probably would have written the story differently either that or paid attention in 3D modelling.

This was really intended to be a solemn rant. I was an hour and a half late to work today because of seizures again. They've mutated again from spinning head to hitting my stomach. The recent change in medication therapy has brought on all sorts of new seizing experiences for me. I heard the stomach one is actually quite common. Been diagnosed with epilepsy for two years and I'm still learning. And here they told me I'd grow out of it and get off meds after a while. So much for that. But I try to keep the dry sense of humor about it. I was emailing a reader recently who mentioned my strength and I had to kinda chuckle and remind him that once you've been diagnosed with a tumor on your brain you can make just about anything funny. That was probably the best thing ever happen to my sense of humor in bad/hopeless situations. XD Still want that tattoo on the back of my head.
I'll be replacing this image with a color one by request (only one this chapter... well, maybe one in the car scene - think it's already in color) for the sake of the Shades fan girls (yes, I include myself in that group). Because he is sexy in this page imo. XD

Blech - Root Canal tomorrow. NOT looking forward to that. Hope it doesn't hurt too much. Had a lot of fun with this page. Keitarou did the storyboards for it. Turned out very nice considering my lack of references for the mustang. It's going to be a very interesting scene.
Next comic won't be until probably Tuesday. It's going to be a very difficult comic to draw with the cars so you're gonna have to give me a week. In the mean time I'm working on finalizing parts of the soundtrack for uploading this weekend so look for that Friday night. ^_^
