Ah yes, the trio of doom. Ben, Juno, and Rheanna (usually accompanied by Shades as well) - the group of misfits that are half the reason Juno has such a bad rap. You won't get to see too much of their antics in this chapter but they are introduced. There will be some fillers involving their boredom though. Very minor characters, Ben and Rheanna don't have powers.

Had a very interesting with Chris from Alpha-Shade last night that got me seriously comtemplating some things about the art in SCD. I'm not satisfied in the least bit with it. Never am because I know I can do so much better if I had more time. So Chris says to me, "There's no time limit, J." And he's right. I want Star Cross'd to be the best I can do. At one point, a long time ago I said "If the comic is endangered whether by either quality or late it will be late." So much for living up to that. We've been doing two a week but that might change. Keep your eye on the countdown because it's always right. Pages down before chapter 3 will be completely redone upon my return from New Orleans April 5. I made a promise and I've slacked off. Sorry. That's going to change very soon.
