I'm getting antsy to put Book 2 online. Can you tell?

Twisted Kaiju Theater! (damn my typing yesterday!) Do you guys remember that comic? Think Godzilla give the Statue of Liberty a looksee and in the great voice of Joey from Friends saying, 'How you doin'?' It's fun and falls into my great 'wtf' category just like Acquired Taste which I posted the other day. So get it a look! It's fun and if you need a good derail for the day, this is it. ^_^ Also, if you haven't heard MacHall moved over to Three Panel Soul. This is actually very old news. The comic is a lot of fun and has that sharp Matt Boyd writing. Ian is doing some exploring with styles and the black and white work just makes me drool.

Well, I missed MTAC this year. Applegeeks was there and I totally told Ananth I was gonna come say hi and then Friday night I came down with a super migraine. And then Saturday morning I woke up and it was still there! That doesn't usually happen. Totally screwed up my jive. I stayed in bed almost all day Saturday. Sunday it was a lot better but I had so much to catch up on there was no chance in hell. So that was sad. I wanted to go see them and I wanted to go check some things out. Le sigh.

I have a podcast for you guys. When I figure out the best way to put it up it'll be there. ^_^

ORIGINAL RANT FROM CHRISTMAS 2004
Well, I hope everyone had a happy break! I made a little gift for you guys in thanks for voting which you can pick up here. Super cute Juno and Shades pic which was made from this image. I know they're not together yet but they will be... so what's wrong with feeling the love early, eh? I was inspired eariler today reading through some of script from Book2 so I thought I'd sketch some panel ideas of Juno and Shades when they finally do get together at the beginning of Book3. Knowing exactly where this panel would be if it was in context almost makes me cry... Wish I could go into it.

The site is going to be redesigned at the beginning of the year. You can check out the screenshots of the new design here. I'm so sick of this site design I could just cry. It's so monotonous. Anyway, that should be up shortly after the first of the year.

I've been in a sketching mood lately which is damn creepy. I never get in a "sketching" mood - it's always finalizing this or that. But I want no finalizations. I'll probably be posting links to them as they're mostly SCD related. The most recent isn't but it's a pic of Ojun from my other comic Oneiric Defiance. I'd love to work on OD again but I just don't have the time. Though when SCD takes a break at the end of Book1, Oneiric will be updating in it's place so I can have some sense of vacation.

Don't forget to vote! I'll be throwing up previews of Page 105 later Monday or Tuesday. Page 105 will go up probably around Thursday. I'm going to be going out of town for New Year's because I just refuse to be in San Angelo when I get to flip this shitty year goodbye. I'll keep ya posted on the schedule. I still gotta get pages done for the ch1 redo. The first part of that will be hitting the site next week so if you suddenly see that what is now page 103 is something like 110, you know why.
