So I'm gonna take the rest of December off to focus on catching up on the comic, work on getting a job, and generally get my life back in order. I'll have up guest comics, music, and other fun stuff for you so don't ditch the site!! Plus I may just throw up the next page when I get it done for ya. Updates will resume at the new year once I hopefully have a decent sized buffer back.
If you can find it in your heart to donate to the site this holiday season it would be greatly appreciated. We've really been hurt bad by the financial recession and are once again gonna have to fight to make our hosting bill for the last quarter of the year. I appreciate any and all support you guys are willing to give. If there's a particular wallpaper you'd like me to make just let me know!
As for my foot - yes I did break it for those who missed the update over Thanksgiving.
Yeah, I am THAT lame. XD But I hope you got a good laugh out of this since I'm a firm believer of if you can't laugh at it... well, then what can you do??
One of my totally awesome readers emailed me last night and reminded me about the times where I was being followed by fires (literally - my car caught on fire, then my apartment building, and then my friends microwave) and I had to just laugh. You always think you've cleared the road of weird shit and then something like this happens. I actually broke it over two months ago but I have no idea what I
actually did to break it - probably stepped of a curb stupid. But I thought it was just a sprain - then come Friday we're rocking out and yes, my rocking is epic. The crowd sucked so I made a point to make a fool of myself for the sheer fun of it. Jumped off the drum platform with my bassist in 3in platform steel enforced boots. Needless to say, semi-broke foot became totally broken foot and the weekend became very dull thereafter as I had to be carried around by the great and powerful Mike.
Now I have to be booted up for 4 weeks - which isn't too much a big deal. It's better than my first doctor's idea: "Walk on it for a week and after the holiday if it still hurts we'll figure something out." Yeah, no thanks. It's hurt for two months you goob! It's obviously NOT going to fix itself! So yeah, specialist found, new opinion got, boot on foot! XD

In other news I shall have art for you next week since it's Thanksgiving and I'll be in Delaware visiting the in-laws. After that I have some thinking to do - I got finals and seeing as how it's my last semester in school due to financial issues I'd like to not go out failing. That said, I will be around the site a lot more come the start of the year. Probably not much until then so that I can work up a buffer in case I'm found sick, dead, or working. The latter is probably the most likely given the state of the economy, the site's sales, etc. But I'll keep you posted. I have no idea what the new year is gonna bring but it'll no doubt bring pages so don't you worry about that.
